September 19, 2020 - Seibers sails to eighth win of 2020 at Clarksville Speedway
Saturday night found David Seibers in action at Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.) piloting his G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 Late Model entry. Topping the speed charts in time trials, Seibers locked into the pole position for the feature. Outrunning fellow front-row starter Jadon Frame, David cruised to his eighth win of the season over Frame, Gavin Schmidt, Larry Barber Jr., and Joe Denby. He was awarded a $1,200 payday for his efforts.

September 12, 2020 - 12th place finish in Harold Hardgrove Memorial at Lake Cumberland
David Seibers visited Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Ky.) on Saturday afternoon for the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Series-sanctioned Harold Hardgrove Memorial. Drawing 25 cars, Seibers timed in eighth fastest in his qualifying group before placing fourth in his heat. September 6, 2020 - David Seibers lands Top-5 finish at Clarksville Speedway
On Friday afternoon David Seibers was one of 30 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction, Ky.) for the 16th annual John Bradshaw Memorial. Recording an eighth place finish in his heat race, Seibers transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main. The following night at Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.), David timed in eighth fastest in his qualifying group before charging forward three spots in the feature to place fifth behind Caleb Ashby, Levi Ashby, Steven Stehle, and Mike Fenton.

On Sunday evening at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tenn.) for the $4,000 top prize, Seibers notched a 10th place finish in the feature.

August 15, 2020 - Seibers attends Governor's Cup at Talladega Short Track
David Seibers visited Talladega Short Track (Eastoboga, Ala.) on Saturday night for the
Southern All Star Series-sanctioned third annual Governor’s Cup. In a field of 40 cars, David fell short of a transfer position in his heat with a seventh place finish, transferring him into the B-Main. Coming in second behind Austin Smith, Seibers locked into the 20th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Running into trouble near the midway point of the feature, David was an early retiree from the 60-lapper on lap 42.

August 8, 2020 - 15th place finish in King of the Hill at Thunderhill Raceway Park
Friday night found David Seibers in action at Thunderhill Raceway Park (Summertown, Tenn.) for the two-day King of the Hill. Drawing a stout field of 47 Crate Racin’ USA entries, Seibers followed up the seventh fastest time in his group with a sixth place finish in his heat. Failing to place third or better in his B-Main on Saturday night, David transferred into the non-qualifiers feature for one last shot at the show. With the race-winner given the option to pocket $400 or tag the tail of the main event, Seibers picked up the 10-lap victory. With $10,000 on the line, David Seibers marched forward 10 spots in the 60-lapper to place 15th.

August 1, 2020 - David Seibers outruns rain at Clarksville to pick up seventh win of 2020

It was another successful trip to Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway for David Seibers on Saturday.

After enduring a lengthy rain delay, Seibers drove his G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 S.M.S. Plumbing/ Frisky Motorsports/ Black Diamond Race Car/ Custom Race Engine Super Late Model to his seventh win of the season at the quarter-mile oval.

“We’ve had a really great year and I can’t say thanks enough to everyone who helps out and supports our team,” Seibers said. “Hopefully we can carry this momentum into the King of the Hill this weekend. I’m definitely looking for some redemption at Thunderhill."  

Seibers secured his spot in the main event with the fastest lap overall in time trials. Soaring to the win in the feature, David took the checkered flag ahead of Richard Frost, Michael Seibers, Wendell Bratton, and Charles Zimmerman.

July 26, 2020 - Top 10 finish in Hell Tour action at Clarksville Speedway
Making his debut with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals, David Seibers made the short trip to Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.) on Saturday evening for the 11th round of the Hell Tour. Drawing 22 cars for the doubleheader, David suffered a flat right-rear tire while running in second in his heat that dropped him back to sixth. Starting the $10,000-to-win A-Main in 18th, Seibers marched forward seven spots to register an 11th place finish.

Returning on Sunday afternoon, Seibers followed up the fifth fastest time in his qualifying group with a fourth place finish in his heat. With $5,000 on the line in the feature, David jumped up four spots in the 40-lapper to place seventh. (Josh James Artwork)

July 18, 2020 - David Seibers pockets $1,200 victory at Clarksville Speedway
Saturday saw David Seibers return to Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.) powering his Frisky Motorsports No. 18 Late Model for the regular night of racing. July 4, 2020 - Seibers lands second place finish with Crate Racin' USA at Clarksville
David Seibers visited Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.) on Thursday evening piloting his S.M.S. Plumbing No. 18 Late Model for the Crate Racin’ USA-sanctioned Salute to America Nationals. Laying down the fastest lap overall in a field of 23 cars, Seibers locked into the pole position for the $2,000-to-win A-Main. After getting shuffled back early in the 40-lapper, David battled back to finish second behind Corey Dunn with Wil Herrington, Levi Ashby, and T.J. Brittain rounding out the Top-5.

The following night at Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tenn.) for the J. Paul Smith Memorial, David logged the 16th fastest time in qualifying before placing third in his heat. With $3,000 on the line, Seibers moved forward early but overheating issues on lap 21 forced him pitside. He was credited with a 13th place outing.

On Saturday afternoon at Fort Payne Motor Speedway (Fyffle, Ala.), Seibers locked his spot into the $4,000-to-win A-Main with the third fastest time overall in time trials. After a handful of restarts in the feature, Seibers pulled off to find a dry-sump fitting was lose. Even though the field had failed to complete a lap, race officials rejected David’s return to the track. The early departure resulted in a seventh place finish.

June 27, 2020 - Runner-up finish in Crate Late Model at Clarksville Speedway
Making a last-minute change of plans, David Seibers traveled to Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.) on Saturday night competing in the Super and Crate Late Model ranks. After topping the speed charts in his Super Late Model, Seibers suffered a flat-tire in the feature that brought an immediate end to his night.

In the Crate, David followed up the third fastest lap in time trials with a second place finish in the feature.

June 20, 2020 - David Seibers enjoys two-win weekend at Clarksville
Not once, but twice, David Seibers went to Victory Lane on Saturday night at Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway.

Seibers drove his familiar G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 S.M.S. Plumbing/ Frisky Motorsports/ Black Diamond Race Car/ Custom Race Engine to the win in the Super Late Model ranks.

In Crate Late Model action, David piloted a former Black Diamond Chassis house team entry to victory, increasing his season win tally to five.

“It was another great night for our team,” said Seibers. “We took the new Crate car out for a test and it was great. We qualified on the pole and led every lap of the Super feature. Hopefully we can carry this momentum into this week’s Lucas Oil race at Talladega.”

Following the fastest lap in Super Late Model qualifying, Seibers dominated the 15-lap feature to pick up the $1,200 top prize. He took the checkers ahead of Jay Scott, Gavin Schmidt, Larry Barber Jr., and Jeremy Anderson.

After qualifying on the pole for the Crate Late Model feature, David topped Dustin Rollins to bring home the win.

June 13, 2020 - Seibers hangs on to runner-up finish at Clarksville Speedway
Saturday night saw David Seibers return to action at Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tenn.) competing in a field of 11 UMP Late Models. Securing his spot into the main event with a heat race victory, Seibers earned the second-starting position for the $1,200-to-win A-Main. With his right-rear tire deflating late in the race, Seibers hung on to place second behind Gavin Schmidt with Larry Barber Jr., Dustin Rollins, and Keith Richardson rounding out the Top-5.

June 6, 2020 - David Seibers Remains Dominant at Clarksville for Third Win of the Season

Returning to Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway, Seibers notched a $1,200 payday for his second straight victory at the 3/8-mile oval.

“I know Gut was riding with us tonight,” said Seibers. “We had another great night and our Black Diamond Chassis was on point from the drop of the green. I can’t say thank you enough to our team and sponsors for everything they’ve put into our program.”

Seibers started the night by topping the speed charts in time trials, locking him into the pole position for the A-Main. In the feature, David lead wire-to-wire, outrunning Caleb Ashby, Gavin Schmidt, Levi Ashby, and Larry Barber Jr. to pick up the win.

May 30, 2020 - Seibers Honors Michael "Gut" Gillespie with Victory at Clarksville Speedway

An emotional Seibers dedicated the win to his close friend and racing partner, Michael “Gut” Gillespie who passed away late Saturday night. “I’m said to say that I lost a really good friend and racing partner. I’m just happy that held on tonight until after this win. I done this for him, and he will be dearly missed,” Seibers commented after the race.

After qualifying third overall for the Weekly Racing Series event, David went on to a runner-up finish in his heat race behind Gavin Schmidt. Starting the $1,200-to-win A-Main in third, Seibers brought home the feature victory, crossing the finish line ahead of Caleb Ashby, Levi, Ashby, Don Young, and Jeremy Anderson.

May 23, 2020 - Seibers Visits Thunderhill Raceway Park for Southern All Star Series Special

After starting the night off with a 6-lap heat race victory, David made contact with an infield tire early in the feature that saw him retire on the sixth lap.

May 2, 2020 - Dirt Showdown Brings David Seibers to Boyd's Speedway
With several precautionary measures in place to bring the event to fruition during the Covid-19 pandemic, David Seibers traveled to Boyd’s (GA) Speedway on Saturday night for the Dirt Showdown. Locking the Top 8 qualifiers from each group into the feature, David followed up the 11th fastest time in his group with an 8-lap heat race victory. Starting the $5,000-to-win A-Main in 17th, Seibers dropped two spots in the 50-lapper to place 19th.

April 27, 2020 - David Seibers Attends iRacing Invitational at Eldora Speedway
Monday night saw David Seibers back in action at the (virtual) Eldora (OH) Speedway for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model iRacing Invitational. Drawing 48 cars, Seibers recorded the 15th fastest time overall in qualifying before placing fifth in his heat. Needing a third place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $1,000-to-win A-Main, David fell two spots short with a fifth place outing.

April 17, 2020 - Seibers Tops Lucas Oil eSports Event at Kokomo Speedway
As the real-world racing hiatus continues due to the Coronovirus (COVID-19) pandemic, David Seibers has found his racing “fix” in virtual competition.

Seibers wheeled his (virtual) G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 S.M.S. Plumbing/ Frisky Motorsports/ Black Diamond Race Car/ Custom Race Engine Super Late Model to a Lucas Oil eSports victory on Friday night at (virtual) Kokomo (Ind.) Speedway.

David did not transfer from Thursday’s "Open” race, which pits real-world racers not yet locked-in the following day’s event. Yet, when a locked-in driver declared he couldn’t compete due to work obligations on Friday, Seibers jumped at the opportunity.

In the 75-lap main event, Seibers broke into the Top 5 early and took part in a three-wide battle for the lead with polesitter Kaeden Cornell and Corey Gordon. Sliding ahead of Gordon on the top with less than five to-go, David Seibers soared to his first iRacing victory of the season over Cornell, Mike McKinney, Corey Gordon, and Nick Stroupe.

"My heart was pumping,” said an elated Seibers in (virtual) Victory Lane. "I was hoping to get a caution at the end and then me and Cornell got into that. I apologize for that, but it was a fun race.”

"It was hard. I had to work the gas and the brake (running the high line around Kokomo Speedway). Once you get in the wall, it sucks you into it and you have to turn off of it. This is a fun bullring. This is very exciting to be part of this. Hopefully we’ll get back to real racing soon.”

The Lucas Oil eSports league continues on Friday, April 24 at 8pm ET from the (virtual) Lanier National Speedway. The event will be broadcasted live on the Lucas Oil Facebook Page.

April 13, 2020 - World of Outlaws iRacing Invitational Brings Seibers to Lernerville Speedway
David Seibers powered his G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 (virtual) Late Model on Monday afternoon at the (virtual) Lernerville (PA) Speedway competing in a stout field of 54 cars for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model iRacing Invitational. Grabbing the third and final transfer spot in his 10-lap heat race, Seibers locked into the 13th-starting position for the A-Main. With $1,000 on the line, David dropped one spot in the 50-lapper to register a 14th place outing.

April 11, 2020 - David Seibers Follows iRacing Invitational to Knoxville Raceway
On Monday night David Seibers returned behind the wheel of his virtual Late Model at the (virtual) Knoxville (IA) Raceway for another round of the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model iRacing Invitational. Coming shy of a transfer spot in his heat with a ninth place finish, David transferred into the D-Main for another shot at the $1,000-to-win A-Main. Sending the Top 4 into the C-Main, Seibers logged a 10th place outing.

Saturday evening saw David back in action at the (virtual) Knoxville (IA) Raceway for the debut of the Lucas Oil eSports Series. With all drivers from the 29-car field making the feature, Seibers followed up the 14th fastest lap in time trials with a second place finish in his heat behind Rod Tucker. Starting the main event in sixth, David dropped eight spots in the 100-lap affair to place 14th.

March 30, 2020 - Seibers Lands Top-10 Finish in iRacing Invitational at Dirt Track at Charlotte
As the season delay continues due to the rise of the Coronavirus, David Seibers hopped behind the wheel of his virtual Late Model on Monday night at the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model iRacing Invitational. In a field of 43 cars, Seibers gained three spots in his heat race to register a third-place finish. Earning the 13th-starting position for the $1,000-to-win A-Main, David improved five spots in the 50-lapper to place eighth.

March 7, 2020 - David Seibers Bags First Win of the Season at Clarksville Speedway

The 2019 Mid America Racing Series (MARS) Champion piloted his G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 S.M.S. Plumbing/ Frisky Motorsports/ Black Diamond Race Car/ Custom Race Engine Super Late Model to the win.

“Our Black Diamond Chassis and Custom Race Engine were on point tonight,” said Seibers. “I can’t thank this crew and our great sponsors enough for their support. It hasn’t been our best start of season; it’s feels great to get that first win. We also want to recognize Frisky Motorsports for coming on board this year.”

On Saturday afternoon, David started his outing by laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying. Seibers topped Caleb Ashby, Levi Ashby, Larry Greer, and Dustin Rollings in the 15-lap feature to register his first win of the season.


Earlier in the weekend found David Seibers in action at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tenn.) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series sanctioned program. In a field of 33 cars, Seibers recorded the ninth fastest lap in his time trial group before placing seventh in his heat race. Needing a third-place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $10,000-to-win A-Main, David logged a seventh-place finish.

February 29, 2020 - David Seibers Lands 6th Place Finish in Toilet Bowl Classic Opener at Clarksville
On Friday evening both David and Michael Seibers invaded Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tennessee) kicking off the two-day Tuckassee Toilet Bowl Classic. Drawing 25 Super Late Models, David secured his spot into the opening night feature with the fourth fastest lap overall in time trials. With $3,000 on the line, Seibers was battling for a podium spot early in the 25-lapper until encountering lapped-traffic, which dropped him back to a 6th place finish. (Josh James Artwork)

Michael followed up the third fastest lap in a field 11 Crate Late Models with a 3rd place finish in the feature trailing Clayton Miller and Dalton Hood to the checkers with Elvin Sawyer and Brandon Tibaldi rounding out the Top-5.

Returning on Saturday afternoon for the $5,000 top prize, David locked his spot into the finale with fifth fastest lap overall in qualifying. Falling short of a Top-10 finish in the feature, Seibers slipped back to a 12th place finish in the 30-lap affair.

Later that evening, Michael came in second fastest in time trials before improving one spot in the 15-lap feature to place 2nd behind Clayton Miller with Elvin Sawyer, Matthew Rollins, and Charlie Howell completing the Top-5 finishers.

February 8, 2020 - David Seibers Opens 2020 Season at East Bay for Winternationals
David Seibers made the trip to East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Florida) on Monday night powering his G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 Late Model entry for the 44th annual Wrisco Winternationals. In a stout field of 62 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, David came in 8th in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature. The following night for another $5,000-to-win A-Main, Seibers recorded a 9th place finish in his heat, giving him one more shot at the A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Sending only the race winner, David logged a 12th place finish.

For the third round of the Wrisco Winternationals on Wednesday evening, David followed up the 13th fastest lap in his time trial group with a 9th place finish in his heat race. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the $7,000-to-win A-Main, Seibers logged a 9th place outing.  

On Thursday night, Seibers fell two spots short of at transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish. Needing to win his B-Main to make the A-Main, David recorded a 3rd place finish.

After coming in 9th in his heat race on Friday evening, David posted a 10th place finish in his B-Main, bringing an early end to his night.

Wrapping up the 44th annual Wrisco Winternationals on Saturday afternoon, Seibers recorded a 7th place finish in his heat race, sending him into the B-Main. Transferring only the race winner into the $12,000-to-win finale, David recorded a 6th place finish.

December 21, 2019 - Seibers Closes Out 2019 Season with Gateway Dirt Nationals in St. Louis
On Thursday evening David Seibers invaded The Dome at America’s Center (St. Louis, Missouri) for the opening night of the fourth annual Arizona Sports Shirts Gateway Dirt Nationals. With a time trial session on Thursday setting up a round of preliminary features on Friday, David recorded the 11th fastest lap in his group which positioned him second on the starting grid for his heat race on Friday.

Sending the Top 3 into the $5,000-to-win preliminary feature, Seibers edged his way into the show with a 3rd place finish. Rolling off 17th, David improved one spot in the 25-lap affair to place 16th.

On Saturday night rolling off fifth in his B-Main for one final shot at the $30,000-to-win finale, David held his spot for all 10-laps to record a 5th place finish.

November 16, 2019 - David Seibers Attends The Gobbler at Boyd's
Saturday night found David Seibers in action at Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) for The Gobbler. Drawing 31 cars for the unsanctioned contest, Seibers came in 12th fastest overall in qualifying before capturing a heat race victory. Starting the $3,500-to-win A-Main in eighth, David slipped back to a 19th place outing in the 30-lap affair.

October 18, 2019 - 2019 MARS Super Late Model Champion Launches New Cyber Home
Chapel Hill, Tennessee's David Seibers is the latest addition to the MSR Mafia team and has launched a brand-new cyberhome at www.DavidSeibers.com.

The racing veteran is close to wrapping up his 24th year of racing, which has proven to be the most successful of his career. Not only has he raced to 13 wins already this season in his G.P.S. Motorsports No. 18 Black Diamond Race Car/ Custom Race Engine Super Late Model, but he also has claimed the 2019 Schaeffer's Oil Mid America Racing Series (MARS) Championship. In addition, he was crowned the DIRTcar UMP South Region Super Late Model Champion.
